Our commitment

Sweet Swirls is committed to providing goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

Website features

• All pages can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and controls meet WCAG contrast requirements and support browser zoom.
• Images have text alternatives, and the full menu is available as text.
• Videos are silent and can be paused. When your device requests reduced motion, animations are turned off, except a short cookie animation by the store sign when a page loads or you point at the sign.
• All pages remain usable with JavaScript turned off.

Known limitations

• Product videos do not include audio description. The items shown are described in the menu text.
• Delivery ordering takes place on Uber Eats, DoorDash and Skip, which are responsible for the accessibility of their own platforms.
